The pit

The pit is the trading floor on the homepage. Take a seat, pick your size and leverage, and your fills are marked at live quotes until you close them.

Take a seat

  1. 01Pick a handle: 2 to 16 characters, letters, digits, underscore.
  2. 02The pit hands you $100,000 paper and a seat token stored in your browser.
  3. 03Trade. Your book appears on the board immediately.

There are no accounts. The seat token in your browser is the only key to your book: clear your storage or switch devices and you start a fresh seat.

The ticket

Click a row on the tape to select it. Choose LONG or SHORT, set leverage with the slider, pick a size preset, hit the fill button. The order fills at the live quote and the confirmation prints in the ticket:

the ticket · fill strip
FILLED · LONG $NVDA 5X · $10.0K @ $224.41
CLOSED · LONG $NVDA @ $231.02 · +$1,473 (+14.7%)
REJECTED · MAX 8 OPEN POSITIONS

Marks and closing

Open positions are marked against the tape on every refresh; the number you see ticking is unrealized PnL. Closing locks it in at the live quote:

Worked example

LONG $NVDA 5x · $10,000 @ $200.00 // open

close @ $206.00 // +3.0% move

pnl = notional × leverage × move = $10,000 × 5 × 0.03 = +$1,500

same trade short = -$1,500

Leverage multiplies the move, both ways. A 10x position moves 10% of its notional for every 1% the stock moves, and there is no liquidation engine to save you: the loss just keeps marking.
